Rachel Leclerc

I’m a Registered Nurse and Certified Women’s Health Coach who works with women to help them lose weight + balance their hormones so they can start loving their bodies and living their most vibrant lives. My favorite things to nerd out about are The Mindy Project, skincare, dry shampoo (it’s amazing!), and hormone health. I’m also a mother to two perfect little boys, a dog, and lots of fake houseplants . But perhaps more relevant to you, I’m a published nurse researcher, certified health coach, hormone expert, and creator of my signature Vibrant Woman program. Nowadays, I run my hormone health coaching business, Savvy Health, where I help fellow women reach their full health + wellness potential through my workshops, online courses, and 1:1 coaching programs.

Why I created this...

I wanted to package up what I learned and share it with as many women as possible because I wanted to help women lose weight and thrive on a bigger level without wasting time or money trying to figure it out on their own.

I also wanted to help fellow women say bye-bye to painful periods, terrible mood swings, and constant low self-esteem —like I’d been able to do— to help them live the healthy, balanced, vibrant life they were meant to live.

And I also figured, hey, when you figure something out and see serious success, you shouldn’t keep all that goodness to yourself!

I also believe that everyone has a “Vibrant Woman” inside of them—they just don’t know it yet… or how to get started.

    Motivation and willpower is great when you have it. The challenge is that motivation doesn’t last forever. There will be days when you need to make a green smoothie or eat that rainbow salad, but you really can’t be bothered. Having me as your accountability partner in the private Voxer chat will help increase your ability to reach your goals—even when you aren’t keen or motivated to do so. You also have the support of other women taking the course as you make changes and your body and hormones adjust.

    In general, lifestyle changes and habits take about three months. However, many people start to notice a true difference within just a few weeks. Some aspects of hormone health are noticeable within weeks (like balancing blood sugar for energy and mood balance), while other aspects are solidified over a longer time (like weight loss). When you start implementing all the tools in the course, give about three months to notice big changes, but know that you’ll likely feel better in certain areas sooner.

    I have held nothing back in creating this course for you.
