I wanted to package up what I learned and share it with as many women as possible because I wanted to help women lose weight and thrive on a bigger level without wasting time or money trying to figure it out on their own.

In general, lifestyle changes and habits take about three months. However, many people start to notice a true difference within just a few weeks. Some aspects of hormone health are noticeable within weeks (like balancing blood sugar for energy and mood balance), while other aspects are solidified over a longer time (like weight loss). When you start implementing all the tools in the course, give about three months to notice big changes, but know that you’ll likely feel better in certain areas sooner.
